This evolution honors the foundational vision of Dr. Sue Rankin while positioning our organization for expanded impact across diverse research contexts and transformational change efforts. What is Interwoven Insights?

Our new name reflects the core philosophy that has guided our work since 2001, and the foundational research that led to Dr. Sue Rankin’s Transformational Tapestry Model (Rankin & Reason, 2008): an understanding that individual experiences, institutional structures, and broader societal forces are intricately interwoven, and meaningful and sustainable organizational change requires attention to all of these interconnected elements. Interwoven Insights pays direct homage to the Transformational Tapestry Model, a framework that has informed every climate assessment, research study, and consulting engagement we’ve undertaken. 

Just as a tapestry is created through the careful weaving together of individual threads into a cohesive whole, organizational transformation occurs when we understand how personal experiences, institutional policies, and cultural contexts intersect and influence one another.
